San Diego Trip

After Christmas, we went to San Diego for a few days with Nana and Papa.  We spent the afternoon walking around the harbor.

The next day, we went to Legoland.  The kids loved all of the Lego opportunities and the rides.

Valentine Cards

I know that I am way behind on the blog posts, but I just wanted to post this quick picture of Blair and her finished Valentine cards. She made homemade ones for each of her classmates this year. It has been a week long project and I am so proud of her. 

Christmas 2013

Christmas started last weekend at Nana and Papa's house.  Grandmom and Granddad were also in town so we had a giant party opening presents.

Will was all smiles and really got into everything this year.

The hit was his new train set.

Blair went shopping at preschool this year and was super proud of her find for Brack, a Vintage Dude hat.

December fun

The kids got new big girl and big boy beds this week.  They are pumped about sharing a room, although we are still working on not talking to each other at 5 in the morning and waking up Mom and Dad.

Our cold weather appears to be gone, at least for the moment.  The sunset was gorgeous this evening on our family walk.

We also hit up the Santa Train at the mall this morning.  Blair and Will insisted on sitting with each other, which is so sweet.

Santa 2013

We went to the mall this morning and Santa was already taking requests. We felt the kids out and the promise of candy canes (see to the right of Santa below) convinced them to have a go. The result is probably the cutest Santa pic ever!
