Doctor Visit Stats

We headed to the doctor this morning for Blair's 4 year checkup and Will's 2 year visit.  Unfortunately, I had misinformed Blair that she would not need any shots.  I could have sworn that the doctor told me last time that she was done until kindergarden, but I guess the 4 year visit requires 4 shots.  Yikes!  Needless to say, Blair was a sad bear.

Blair continues to be tall - she is 80th percentile in height and 75th percentile in weight.  She is 41 inches.

Will is still our little man - he is 33.5 inches (40th percentile) and 25th percentile in weight.  There were no shots for Will today, although he did need to have his finger pricked to check his blood and he didn't even cry!

Sibling Fun

We have had a great long weekend with Grandmom and Grandad visiting.  Grandmom has taken stellar pictures, the best of which are below.

We chilled at the Long Beach Towne Center on Friday and the kids loved running around the fire pit.

Will's Second Birthday Party

Will and Blair were very excited for Will's birthday party yesterday.

The theme was Jake and the Neverland Pirates.

San Diego Safari Park 2013

We went to the San Diego Safari Park yesterday for a fun anniversary day trip with the kids.  It was pretty hot, but we saw lots of animals and had a great time.

4th of July 2013

We had a fabulous 4th of July this year with the kids.  We hit the beach this morning before lunch and naps.  This afternoon, everyone gathered at Jenn's grandparents' house and enjoyed the pool and a bbq.

Sandi and Ann were on kitchen duty, 

while Tom took care of the grill.

We all ate outside.
