Disney Take Two

We were at Disneyland bright and early this morning when the park opened.  We headed to Fantasyland first thinking that Blair would like the rides there.  Dumbo was a big hit.

First Disney Day

As most would know, Brack and I are not spontaneous people.  Our lives are scheduled, often to the minute.  We have been talking about getting Disney annual passes for awhile now, but have never pulled the plug.  Today, after the kids' nap, we decided to jump in the car and go.  We went on a couple of rides, had dinner, saw some of the parade and headed home in time for bed.  The kids did great and Blair loved seeing all of the sights.  I am sure we will have many more memories this year at the Happiest Place on Earth!

Adventures in Roller Skating

We went to a birthday party today at a roller skating rink.  It was Blair's first time trying it and she did great!  They had toddler skates that went over her shoes and by the end, she pretty much had the hang of it.

Easter Morning 2012

Happy Easter!  The kids had their baskets waiting for them this morning from the Easter Bunny.

Blair was excited about her pink goggles to use at swimming lessons.

Will received a ball and some new socks, but was mainly into the grass.

Visit to the Easter Bunny

We went to the mall today for a little shopping and to visit with the Easter Bunny.  Since the kids were all dressed for the occasion, I got some cute shots of them before we left.

The carousel was a hit and this was Will's first time on it.  He looks a little wary here, but while we were moving, he was laughing and smiling.

Blair is notoriously afraid of characters - Santa, the Easter Bunny, the Chick-fil-a cow, anything.  Surprisingly, she was pretty pumped to see this bunny, which was a cool animatronic one that actually talked to her.
