John and Angie's wedding

We went to San Diego yesterday evening for John and Angie's wedding. The location was the beautiful Harbor Island Park overlooking the city.

Happy Birthday Blair!

Our Blair Bear turns one year old tomorrow and we had a little party for her last weekend. She got all dressed up for the occasion.

I made a carrot cake for her with cream cheese frosting.

The cake was a big hit.

Now that it is summer, Blair and I have been going to the park to play. She is still a little tentative with the grass, but loves to play on the blanket.

Chicago 2010

We went on our first family vacation last week to Chicago and we had quite the adventure. Traveling with an (almost) one year old was a challenge, but Blair was a little trooper and we managed to see all of the sights. Here are the pictures:
